最近、自分でも驚くくらい疲れています。新たな生活にまだ完全に慣れきっていないのもそうですし、毎日運動をするとかなり疲れています。早く寝たり、たくさん食べたりして体力をつけていきたいです。
Lately, I have been surprisingly tired myself. It is partly because I am still not completely used to my new life, and partly because I am quite tired after exercising every day. I would like to improve my stamina by going to bed early and eating a lot.
