今日は、街に行きました。いつもアジア食を売っているところに行くのですが、そこは5ポンド以上買わないとカードが使えないのですが、日本にはあまり何円以上買わないとカードが使えないというお店を見たことないのですが、イギリスにはかなりあります。価格設定もそこに合わせられており、商売上手だなと思います。日本のお店にも良いところがあり、イギリスのお店にも良いところがあるので興味深いです。
Today I went to town. I always go to places that sell Asian food, where you have to buy more than £5 to use your card, but I haven’t seen many shops in Japan where you have to buy more than a few yen to use your card, but in the UK there are quite a few. I have never seen shops in Japan where you have to spend more than a certain amount of money to be able to use your card, but in the UK there are a lot of shops like that. It is interesting that Japanese shops have their good points and British shops also have their good points.
